Refund policy
Right of Withdrawal:
When purchasing products from Nurpan Art, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which applies from the moment you have received an ordered item.
When exercising the right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you have changed your mind. The notification should be sent to nurpan.art@gmail.com. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns should be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the statutory 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
You are responsible for the return shipping, delivery, and condition of the products upon return, so the products should be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the depreciation compared to the original value of the item in the event of use or damage.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Custom-made products tailored specifically for you or with a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly consented to the service beginning without the right of withdrawal.

Complaints and Claims:
If you receive a damaged or incorrectly dispatched product, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint should be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any defects and faults should always be reported to nurpan.art@gmail.com, stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not faulty in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. For complaints, we follow the guidelines of the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
Limitation of Liability:
We do not accept liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We accept no liability for delays/errors due to circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include, for example, labor disputes, fire, war, official decisions, reduced or failed delivery from suppliers.
Furthermore, no liability is accepted for any changes to products/product characteristics made by respective suppliers and other factors beyond our control.
Product Information:
We reserve the right for any typographical errors on this website as well as product sell-outs. We do not guarantee that the images accurately represent the products' appearance, as some color variation may occur depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
